8 Weeks of Age

10-12 Weeks of Age

14-16 Weeks of Age

- Flea and Tick preventative (6 month supply)
5-6 Months of Age
- Overiohysterectomy (Spay) surgery
- Orchidectomy (Neuter) surgery

12 Months of Age
- Heartworm, Lyme, Erlichia, Anaplasmosis Blood Test
16 Months of Age and Older
- Annual comprehensive physical exam
- Annual vaccinations (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella/Adenovirus, Leptospirosis,)
- Annual fecal test for intestinal parasites
- Annual Heartworm, Lyme, Erlichia, Anaplasmosis Blood Test
7 Years of Age and Older
- Semi-Annual comprehensive physical exam
- Senior Wellness Panel (Bloodwork, Urinalysis)
